Working Principle:
The centrifugal classification is conducted based on the differences in particle size, shape, and density, achieving a completely dry process without water involvement or rinsing. This results in a narrower particle size distribution and produces contamination-free fine powders. It incorporates efficient classification, wear-reduction technology, reliable sealing to prevent leakage, large particle control technology, fine powder extraction technology, advanced design for a complete and stable flow field, constant gas-solid concentration ratio design, and technology to regulate the yield of specific product grades. With minimal wear: it enables the processing of ultrapure and ultra-narrow micro-powders with minimal wear, eliminating the wear issues commonly found in horizontal classifiers. Under the same material conditions, the service life of the vulnerable parts of this equipment is over 5 times that of conventional classifiers. High classification accuracy: the stable and comprehensive classification flow field, coupled with special sealing measures, effectively prevents the leakage of coarse particles. The internal circulation within the vertical turbine classifier ensures the qualified product particle size. Operating under full negative pressure, it eliminates dust pollution, requires no pit foundation, and facilitates easy inspection and maintenance. Optional online detection can be integrated based on user needs, enabling fully automated, unmanned production operations throughout the process.
