SCWN-Q Series Jet Mill Operating Principle
System Composition:
The jet mill system consists of an air compressor, air storage tank, air dryer (including filter), jet mill main unit, high-precision classifier, cyclone collector, pulse bag dust collector, high-pressure induced fan, control cabinet, loading and unloading systems, etc.
Operating Principle:
Compressed air is chilled, filtered, and dried before being injected through nozzles into the milling chamber as supersonic jets, fluidizing the materials. The accelerated materials converge at the intersection of several nozzle jets, generating intense collisions, frictions, and shears to achieve ultrafine grinding of particles. The grinded materials are then transported by the ascending airflow to the impeller classification zone. Under the action of the classifier's centrifugal force and the fan's suction force, coarse and fine powders are separated. The coarse powders return to the milling chamber for further grinding due to their own gravity, while the qualified fine powders enter the cyclone collector along with the airflow. The ultrafine dust is collected by the bag dust collector, and the purified gas is discharged by the induced fan.
