Working Principle:
The compressed air, after undergoing the processes of chilling, filtration, and drying, is directed through nozzles to form supersonic air jets that are injected into the grinding chamber. This causes the material to fluidize, and the accelerated particles converge at the intersection points of multiple nozzle jets, resulting in intense collisions, frictions, and shears, ultimately achieving ultrafine grinding of the particles. The comminuted material is then conveyed upwards by the airflow to the impeller classification zone. Here, under the combined action of centrifugal force generated by the classifier wheel and the suction force of the fan, the separation of coarse and fine powders is achieved. The coarse powder, due to its own gravity, returns to the grinding chamber for further comminution, while the qualified fine powder is carried by the airflow into the cyclone collector. The finest dust particles are captured by the bag filter, and the purified air is expelled by the induced draft fan.
Features:
Low Energy Consumption: Compared to traditional fluidized bed jet mills, it can save up to 30% in energy consumption.
Built-in Self-Diverting Micronizer: Ensures a concentrated particle size distribution with no oversized particles in the final product.
Compact Design: Occupies minimal floor space, making it space-efficient.
Easy Maintenance & Cleaning: The grinding chamber is designed without material retention or dead corners, facilitating easy disassembly, cleaning, disinfection, and variety changeover, complying with GMP standards.
Low-Temperature Media-Free Grinding: Particularly suitable for low ignition point, heat-sensitive, sugary, and volatile materials.
Closed-Loop Grinding for Hazardous Materials: For flammable and explosive materials, inert gas can be used as the medium to achieve fully enclosed grinding. The inert gas is recycled with minimal loss.
Versatile Grinding Capabilities: Offers a wide range of adjustable final particle sizes from 0.5 to 45 microns. Multiple models are available, catering to production rates ranging from 5 to 3000 kg/h.
Negative Pressure Operation: Ensures dust-free production and a clean working environment.
High Automation & Stability: Features high automation levels, robust stability, and user-friendly operation.
