Detailed Introduction:
Working Principle:
After entering the classifier through the feed inlet of the feeding mechanism, the material is evenly distributed by the distribution disk on the vertical classifying wheel and thrown into the retaining ring, falling into the classification zone. The classification air enters the spiral-shaped air chamber and flows into the classifying wheel in a centripetal direction through the guide disk blades. Fine powder meeting the particle size requirements is separated by gravity in the classification zone. The fine powder flows at high speed together with the classification air into the fine powder collection system and is then separated from the classification air. The coarse powder falls into the lower part of the classifier and is discharged by a pneumatically sealed electric discharge valve.
Features:
(1) Broad Classification Range: This machine is capable of classifying any organic and inorganic materials, with a classification particle size of d97 ranging from 3 to 74um. It can classify spherical, flake, and fibrous particles, as well as materials with significant differences in specific gravity.
(2) High Classification Accuracy: Thanks to its complete and stable classification flow field combined with reliable sealing, precise classification of materials can be achieved with a ratio of d97/d75/d25 ranging from 1.1 to 1.5.
(3) High Classification Efficiency: The intense vortex field and the installation of fine powder extraction devices enable high-efficiency classification of fine powder, with a Newtonian efficiency of 70 to 95%.
(4) Reduced Wear and Effective Dispersion: The high-speed and complete external classification flow field significantly reduces wear on the classification equipment. When paired with a strong dispersion device, it can effectively disperse and classify agglomerated powders.
(5) Closed-Circuit Classification for Sensitive Materials: For flammable, explosive, or easily oxidized materials, inert gas can be used as the medium to achieve closed-circuit classification, with the inert gas being recycled. Multi-stage Classification Series: Up to 5 stages of air classifiers can be connected in series to divide the material into multiple particle size ranges, producing products with narrow particle size distributions.
(6) Dust-Free Operation: Fully enclosed negative pressure operation ensures no dust pollution.
