Working Principle:

The centrifugal classification is based on the differences in particle size, shape, and density. It operates in a completely dry manner, without the need for water or washing, resulting in finer and narrower particle size distribution and contamination-free micropowder. It incorporates advanced features such as efficient classification, wear-resistant technology, reliable sealing to prevent leakage, large particle control, fine powder extraction, comprehensive and stable flow field design, constant gas-solid concentration ratio design, and technology to regulate the yield of specific product grades. With minimal wear, it can process high-purity, ultra-narrow micro-powders, avoiding the wear issues found in horizontal classifiers. Under similar material conditions, the service life of vulnerable parts is over five times that of conventional classifiers. The high classification accuracy is ensured by a stable and complete classification flow field, special sealing measures that prevent coarse particle leakage, and internal recirculation within the vertical turbine classifier, guaranteeing the desired product particle size. Operating under full negative pressure eliminates dust pollution, and the equipment does not require a pit foundation, facilitating maintenance and repairs. Optional online detection and fully automated, unmanned production can be achieved based on user requirements.

Equipment Features:

The air classifier system primarily comprises a feeding control system, classifier main unit (1-4 sets), high-efficiency cyclone collector, pulse bag filter, high-pressure induced draft fan, and electrical control system.

  1. Feeding Control System: This system integrates a star feeder or vibrating feeder with a variable frequency controller and feed bin. By adjusting the output frequency/current of the feeder, continuous and uniform feeding control is achieved.

  2. Classifier Main Unit: The unit comprises a motor, classifying wheel, and cylinder. Effective classification is achieved by adjusting the classifying wheel speed in conjunction with appropriate secondary air intake.

  3. Classifier Impeller: Adjusted via a frequency converter, it incorporates protection measures such as voltage loss protection, overcurrent protection, material level control, operational status monitoring, and alarm systems.

  4. Cyclone Collector: As the primary collection system, dust-laden air enters the cyclone where centrifugal force causes the powder to slide down the wall, separating and purifying it at the end of the inner conical tube. Purified gas and trace fine powder are discharged through the central tube.

  5. Pulse Bag Filter: Composed of a bag collection unit, pulse dust cleaning device, and pneumatic control device, it utilizes our company's imported high-grade PTFE-coated filter bags.
